The origin of Les Rupins: a neighborhood bistro that has become a must-visit spot
Created in 2015, Les Rupins was born from the takeover of a small Parisian café, l’Harmonie Café, in the charming Village Saint-Martin. Stéphane, the founder, shares:

For Jeanne, the director who arrived in 2018, the project was transformed with the opening of the Grand Salon in 2020, of the Petit Salon in 2022, and the unification of the spaces in 2023. These reimagined premises bring an original vision, blending a love for Paris, attention to detail, and a taste for quality produce.

Les Rupins offers a traditional cuisine French cuisine revisited with creativity, inspired by Normandy's heritage, with Parisian influences from a city shaped by world cuisines.
